1. Do I have to attend all 6 calls?

No, attendance isn't compulsory for all 6 calls. But to graduate and claim the surprise gift and Certificate of Completion, you need to attend 5 out of 6 live calls and submit all 6 homeworks.

2. What happens if I register part way through the program?

You can watch the replay of each class for 24 hours after it airs live, and you can submit your homework any time before the next class begins.

3. Can I attend if TikTok Shop or Meta Shop hasn't launched yet in my country?

You'll still learn the skills so you're ready to go the moment it launches in your market.

4. When and where do the classes take place?

Live on Zoom, every Wednesday at 20:00 BST, 21:00 CEST for six weeks starting Wednesday 9th September.

5. What will each week cover?

Week 1: Foundations of Social Commerce (your storefront, positioning, the money-post framework). Week 2: Content That Converts (hooks, formats, scroll-stopping psychology). Week 3: Building Your Audience. Week 4: The Art of the Social Close. Week 5: Duplication and Team Growth. Week 6: Graduation and your 90-day plan.

6. How is attendance tracked?

Zoom Webinar records your live attendance for each Wednesday class as a report we run every week, so you'll need to join live to have it count towards graduation.

7. What exactly do I need to submit for homework?

At the end of each class, the task will be listed on the slide. To create a TikTok post or Reel in a specific style. Paste your post link into the homework submission link within the School of Commerce site before the next class begins.

8. What do graduates receive?

Three gifts: a surprise thank-you gift from MONAT, a Certificate of Completion signed by the Chairman and CEO, and an Event Ribbon for your Social Closer Graduate status.

9. Do I lose access to the recordings after the collection ends?

Yes — only graduates keep permanent access to all six class recordings.

10. What happens to replay access if I don't graduate?

Replays lock to graduates only after the collection ends, so non-graduates lose access at that point.
